New brunch menu at Balzac Brasserie

The new weekend brunch menu at Balzac Brasserie & Bar will satiate every brunch lover’s appetite. Located at Fort Canning Arts Centre, you can look forward to spending some leisurely time appreciating the food, ambience and spend time exploring the natural offerings and history of Fort Canning Park before or after your meals.

Featuring classic brunch items using seasonal produces, the new menu created by Executive Chef Jean Charles Dubois and his team will be available from 9th January on Saturdays and Sundays, 11:30am to 3:30pm.

The brunch menu will feature dishes like homemade smoked salmon salad with crème fraiche and crispy toast ($22), Sunny side hen’s eggs with Chorizo and Radish ($16). For those wanting a heartier meal, you can opt for the Balzac Wagyu Burger with Homemade French fries ($26). The Ala Carte menu is not available during brunch hours, but fret not; the brunch menu also includes their in-house favourite and signature dishes such as Dubois Lobster Bisque with summer basil ravioli ($24) and Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek with truffle mashed potatoes ($38) from our Ala Carte menu.

At Balzac Brasserie, you can either choose to cure a hangover with our artisanal juices, or keep the party going with some brunch cocktails from our brunch drinks menu.

Following brunch, you can look forward to a wide selection of activities in the Fort Canning surrounds and make a day out of the trip to Fort Canning Park. Some of the activities instore would be the guided walks through the spice garden trail, heritage on the hill, sculpture trail and trees of the fort trail. Please note that these guided walks are organised by Nparks.
