Long Bar Steakhouse’s Chef de Cuisine Kenny Leong has put together a lavish Christmas Day Brunch Buffet which highlights the restaurant’s signature prime cut steaks.
To begin the meal, diners can tuck into a selection of salads including Roasted Beetroot and Chicken Papilotte served with Hazelnut and crumbled Blue Cheese and the wholesome Potato Salad topped with crunchy bits of bacon, cubed mortadella and generous shavings of black truffle. The restaurant serves its popular Grilled Omaha Beef Tenderloin with a Cognac and Peppercorn Cream Sauce. The beef is first grilled on high heat then placed in the convection oven. The meat is finally finished in the pizza oven for a crisp outer crust. Dessert features Christmas Pudding drizzled with a rich brandy sauce and Mini Mincemeat Pies fresh from the oven.
