French Haute Cuisine Returns to La Brasserie
From 19 to 22 November 2015, enjoy a divine pairing of French fanfare at The Fullerton Bay Hotel’s elegant La Brasserie as the coveted Beaujolais Nouveau wine by King of Beaujolais, wine producer Georges Duboeuf arrives at the restaurant.
Sharing a strong affinity with French cuisine since 15 years ago, Chef de Cuisine, Nicolas Reynard has meticulously crafted an enticing selection of French gastronomy where diners can indulge with the light-bodied Beaujolais red wine. Available for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, each menu features classic French dishes such as Gougères,a popular French baked savoury choux pastry mixed with cheese, Jambon Persillé with Ravigote Sauce, Rabbit in Dijon Mustard Sauce and Royan Raviolis, and Jabugo Ham with Porcini Mushrooms and Parmesan Cheese.
