Crab buffet promotion at Brizo Restaurant & Bar

Back by popular demand, Brizo Restaurant & Bar presents its second run of irresistible crab delicacies with ‘Crazier about Crabs’ buffet, comprising of a total of 22 types of crab dishes, 25 kinds of seafood and a brand new star dish ‘Crab in a Pan’, from 1 April to 28 June 2015.

The crab buffet is topped off by a cooked-to-order ‘Crab in a Pan’ this year. Each pan contains a whole crab, prawns, clams, black mussels, potatoes, corn and sausages. Guests can pick from a choice of three European sauces – namely Mariniere, Bouillabaisse and Cioppino, out of a huge mobile menu board.

On the buffet, the must-haves are Brizo’s array of all-time favourite crab dishes such as the sweet-piquant Brizo Signature Chilli Crab, the aromatic Heavenly Fragrance Crab and the dim sum styled XO Steamed Crab in Egg White, all set to satiate the cravings of crab lovers.

Additionally, new highlights to the smorgasbord include the a la minute Crabmeat Kueh Pie Tee, Indian Chilli Flower Crab Masala and Premium Crabmeat Fried Rice with XO Sauce.

A whole range of delectable appetisers are also available ranging from Alaskan Crab Claw, Australian Spanner Crab and Chilled Flower Crab on ice while the deep-fried counters entice with crispy Soft Shell Crab and Baked Crab in Shell.

During this promotional period, diners can stand a chance to win a weekend satiation at Park Hotel Clarke Quay by sharing the most delicious-looking plates with the hashtag #crabbuffetatpark. This contest runs from 1 April to 28 June 2015.
