12 new exquisite BreadTalk cake creations for any occasion
Singapore’s famous bread group, BreadTalk unveils a whole new collection of 12 exquisite cakes using premium ingredients and Japanese-inspired craft and baking techniques. Enjoy a mix of four new novel creations like Salted Caramel Surprise to eight new reinterpreted classic cakes like Bananarama and Peanut Butter Better.
To celebrate the launch of these new delectable cakes, BreadTalk is doing their part for the community with ‘A DediCAKEtion to You’ campaign. BreadTalk pledges to raise $30,000 for the Community Chest in the month of May and June. For every regular or classic cake purchased, $1 or $2 will be contributed to the Community Chest. New Signature Cakes
Salted Caramel Surprise 焦糖惊喜 ($28.80 / $36.80):
A burst of caramel-nutty flavours, the ‘surprise’ lies in the delicate Gula Melaka Genoise sponge layers melded by an overlay of Chantilly cream and caramel sea salt.
Chocolate Fudge Souffle 可可舒芙蕾 ($32.80/ $42.80):
Moist and rich with 55% cocoa, a dense chocolate soufflé base studded with orange peel encased in chocolate almond glaze garnished with strawberries, raspberry, chocolate décor.
Cheesecake Originale 富有芝士 ($35.80):
Classic full-flavoured cheese cake that has a thin smooth layer of Chantilly cream and decked with glazed strawberries, raspberry and chocolate décor
Oreo Cheese 奥利奥芝士 ($35.80):
The base and top layer generously lined with scrumptious Oreo cookies and Chantilly cream topped with whole Oreo cookies and dusted with icing sugar.
Reinterpreted Classic Cakes
Peanut Butter Better 花生杏仁 ($28.80 / $36.80):
This nostalgic luxe peanut butter delicacy of Genoise base and peanut butter cream. Speckled with sliced caramel almonds crowned with chocolate décor, cocoa powder and a chocolate macaron.
Bananarama 蕉点明星 ($28.80/$36.80):
Coated with desiccated coconut, almond sponge layers, milk custard cream, roasted macadamia nuts and caramelised sweet banana topped with Chantilly cheese cream, cookie crumbles, macadamia nuts and red currants.
Bowled Over Tiramisu 提拉米苏 ($32.80):
A surprising twist of Kahlua and Bacardi rum to the sponge fingers, espresso coffee and mascarpone mousse. Comes in a big bowl portion for six persons or individual cup sizes.
Kopi Konnoisseur 咖啡达人 ($32.80 / $42.80):
A perfect melange of coffee, chocolate, and Bailey’s Irish cream. Tiers of chocolate almond sponge cake, praline walnut cream, Bailey’s Irish cream, and chocolate coffee cream finish with dark chocolate glaze, chocolate sheets, and hazelnut sprinkles.
Mango Paradiso 芒果天堂 ($32.80 / $42.80):
An unconventional cake mould of light finger sponge, passionfruit jelly, and mango mousse. Bejewelled with fresh mango cubes, raspberries, blueberries, white chocolate shavings and pistachio.
Azuki Macha抹茶红豆 ($29.80 / $39.80):
Fluffy matcha Genoise cake layered with fresh Chantilly cream, matcha custard cream, and speckled with sweet azuki red beans. Finished with matcha glaze, matcha powder and chocolate décor silvers.
Black Forest 浓情黑森林 ($33.80 / $43.80):
Combination of a light chocolate almond sponge base, chocolate cream, Kirsch cream and Griotte cherries. Covered with a gorgeous thin chocolate shavings and fresh strawberries.
Strawberry Chantilly 真多丽果 ($32.80/ $42.80):
Light and fruity with soft fresh cream, the moist Genoise sponge base layered with fresh Chantilly cream, fruit cocktail and laced with Cointreau syrup. Topped plump strawberries, raspberries, grapes and pistachio.
