All-you-can-eat seafood dinner buffet at Plaza Brasserie

For a fresh seafood feast, head to Plaza Brasserie. Seafood is the star attraction here in the Treasures of the Sea dinner buffet at Plaza Brasserie, PARKROYAL on Beach Road. From now till 30 April 2014. Plaza Brasserie serves up a sumptuous dinner spread of the best seafood featuring new live stations and a speciality dish of the freshest catch in town. Start with appetizers like Smoked Oyster, Gratinated Scallop, Green Chilli Oyster, Seafood Meat Ball or a Seafood bisque with crabmeat and shredded abalone.

Have a Salmon feast with four variations of Norwegian salmon at the sumptuous Salmon live station. An elegant entrée of Salmon Wellington with a flaky puff pastry wrapping, Grilled Salmon Fillet with Asian Sambal Chilli in Banana Leaves for the fiery taste buds, beautifully moist Sea-salt Crusted Salmon with Bread Stuffing and wholesome Classic Baked Whole Salmon with Herb Spices. At the Crustacean Corner live station, you get to pick your preferred sauce to go with succulent Bamboo Clams, White Clams, Green Mussels, Soft-shell Clams or better know as ‘Lala’, Fresh Prawns, Mud Crabs or Soft Shell Crabs. From the more familiar black bean sauce or XO sauce to the more interesting spicy coriander sauce.

Executive Chef Jackson Goh will also whet your appetites with his speciality Curry Fish Head, a local favourite is prized for its flavourful curry gravy with creamy coconut milk. Enjoy unlimited servings of the all-time favourite dish throughout dinner. Other highlights include hearty Lobster Porridge in Hot Pot, Nonya-style Steamed Fish, Cambodian-style Wok-fried Chicken, and an extensive Cold Seafood station. Complement all the seafood delights with the mouth-watering Roast such as Roast Beef, Leg of Lamb, Roast Duck and Roast Pork Belly. Alongside culinary favourites from the Best of Asia include spread like prata, noodles of different Asian flavours, sashimi and sushi. Finish off the meal with the array of local and western desserts.

Treasures of the Sea Buffet Dinner is priced at $62++ per adult and $37++ per child (4 to 12 years old) and is available from 14 March to 30 April 2014, 6pm to 10pm.
