Kids eat for free at 7Adam’s new weekend brunch
Weekends are made for brunching — catching up with friends or family, digging into a hearty breakfast, sipping a cup of a perfect brew or perhaps a few Bloody Marys. What makes it even better at 7Adam Gallery Restaurant at Adam Park is that your kids get to eat for free!
Enjoy a leisurely weekend brunch in the creative spaces of 7Adam’s intimate colonial house as you recharge and get inspired for the week ahead. Available on the weekends from 11am to 3pm, the brunch menu is specially curated by Chef Reynaldo who has worked alongside two-star Michelin chef Thierry Marx, and held positions at highly acclaimed restaurants in France such as Relais De Margaux and Evian Royal Hotel 5-Star Gastronomique Restaurant.
Start your meal with a cup of 7Adam’s coffee, brewed with beans from Brewer’s Coffee, a unique blend of coffee beans carefully sourced from five different countries. For the mains, you get to choose from egg dishes such as Poached Eggs with Tempura of Portobello ($20), an Asian spin on the classic Egg Benedicts. The portobello mushrooms are dipped in Tempura batter and deep fried to a perfect golden brown sit gloriously on top of its throne of a poached egg, bacon and warm Focaccia bread. Another egg dish is Eggs on Eggs ($20), velvety scrambled eggs, a glistering poached egg and caviar are layered on each other.
Meat lovers will enjoy the trio of Mini Wagyu Sliders ($20). Thick succulent wagyu beef patties, melted cheddar cheese and homemade tomato herb chutney sit between two pieces of 7Adam’s beautifully toasted tomato roll, crisp on the outside and soft inside. If you have a hungry appetite, the 7Adam Hearty Breakfast ($20) will fill you up. The plate is filled with a grilled jumbo chicken hotdog, streaky bacon, sautéed button mushrooms with balsamic vinegar, toasted garlic bread and eggs of your choice. We recommend choosing the poached egg which is served in a cup with hollandaise sauce and slightly charred on the top.
If you love bacon, you will enjoy the Bacon and Quiche Lorraine ($20), filled with generous proportions of bacon, onions, eggs, cheese and cream baked in a homemade pie crust. To complete the meal, pick from a choice of the sweet Honey Cake ($14), the classic Tiramisu ($14) or the warm and comforting Sticky Date Pudding ($16).
As you savour a relaxing brunch, the little ones (age ten and below) are kept busy with their complimentary meal from the Tinkle Tots menu (worth $14++ each), featuring delectable kid favourites like crispy Fish & Chips, Chicken Karage and a hearty Tomato Pomodoro Cappellini, and a complimentary glass of juice. The interactive menu also doubles up as a colouring sheet for them to exercise their creativity.
