Jade Restaurant sumptuous a la carte buffet dinner returns!

Riding on the popularity of its popular month-long A La Carte Dinner Buffet in December 2013, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore’s Jade Restaurant is bringing back the Dinner Buffet with a refreshed selection of more than 38 delectable creations this April.

Comprising familiar favourites and the restaurant’s elegant creations, the A La Carte Dinner Buffet is available at $58++ per person with unlimited servings of appetizers, soups, main courses, rice and noodle dishes as well as desserts. Each dish is meticulously prepared by Master Chef Leong Chee Yeng and his outstanding culinary team. You can also choose to indulge in a glass of wine along with the Buffet Dinner at an additional $10++.

Highlights from the menu include new tantalizing creations such as Deep-fried Prawns Coated with Passion Fruit Mayonnaise, Crispy Squid in Seven Spices Fragrant Salt, Lychee Sweet and Sour Pork, Poached Spinach with Egg, Wok-fried Vermicelli in Singapore Style and the delightful Chilled “Yuan Yang” Cake.

Diners can also look forward to Jade restaurant’s popular dishes including Steamed Abalone Siew Mai, Sautéed Live Prawns with Spicy Pumpkin Sauce, Wok-fried Sliced Beef in Black Pepper Sauce, Sautéed Grouper Fillet in XO Chilli Sauce, Stewed Lamb Rack in Claypot, Stir-fried Assorted Mushrooms with Snow Peas in Truffle Jus, and the refreshing Shaved Coconut Ice with Fresh Strawberries.

More of Jade restaurant’s gourmet specialties can be enjoyed at special prices with the buffet. Comforting and nourishing soups like Braised Bird’s Nest with Truffle Egg White in Superior Broth or Braised Fish Maw and Seafood in Superior Broth are available at an additional $9++ per bowl. Other luxurious creations such as Braised Sea Cucumber with Dried Scallops, Simmered Egg Noodles with Boston Lobster in Spring Onion and Ginger Sauce, Braised Wheat Noodles with Abalone and Crab Meat in Superior Broth are available at an additional $18++ per item.

For a truly sumptuous feast, the restaurant’s signature crisp-skinned Roasted Peking Duck with Marinated Orange Peel and Condiments at an additional $28++ for half a duck, or $48++ for a whole duck – is a must order.

Jade restaurant’s A La Carte Buffet Dinner is available from 1 April 2014 from 6:30pm to 11pm at $58++ per adult or a glass of wine at an additional $10++ and $38++ per child (6 to 11 years old).
