Start your meal with a selection of Turkish cheese, bread with dips and soup and explore the seven open satellite kitchens. There are two rotational menus available featuring the guest chefs’ signature dishes such as Hünkar Beğendi or famously known as Sultan’s Delight, a traditional dish of meat stew served on a bed of creamy, roasted eggplant puree. Other highlights include Musakka, a classic Turkish lamb and sautéed eggplants dish and Tavuk Güveç, a chicken stew with vegetables and a blend of spices. Prefer something lighter, try Türlü, a light summer dish of mixed vegetables and Levrek Buğulama, sea bass poached with mixed peppers and fresh tomatoes.
