After all the festive season binge eating and drinking during the Chinese New Year, it’s time to make up for all those sinful indulgences and get right back to healthy eating. Back by popular demand, Peach Blossoms at Marina Mandarin brings back the organic food promotion to satisfy the palates of health-conscious diners, this March.

Using only naturally grown and chemical-free produces, Peach Blossoms Chinese Executive Chef Chan Shun Wong’s latest organic menus will take you on a healthy and delicious culinary journey. You can choose from two special set menus or an extensive à la carte menu, which highlights organic dishes such as braised organic pumpkin puree with prawn, stir-fried pork collar with organic gingko nuts and honshimeiji mushrooms and steamed silver cod with organic pumpkin puree and wolfberries.

The organic food promotion will be available at Peach Blossoms from 1 to 31 March and the set menus will be available from $68++ per person, with a minimum booking for 2 persons.
