This December, spoil yourself and your loved ones with an extravagant selection of more than 38 dishes to choose from at Jade restaurant’s A La Carte Dinner Buffet.

Comprising familiar favourites and the restaurant’s elegant creations, the A La Carte Dinner Buffet is available at S$58++ per person for unlimited servings of appetizers, soups, main courses, rice and noodle dishes as well as desserts. Each dish is meticulously prepared by Master Chef Leong Chee Yeng and his outstanding culinary team.

You can look forward to savouring perennial favourites such as Hot and Sour Seafood Soup, Roasted Pork Belly, Sautéed Chicken with Lemongrass and Dried Chilli Vinaigrette, Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet, Sautéed Pork Ribs in Coffee Sauce and Fragrant Wok-Fried Rice with Seafood. You can also delight in Jade restaurant’s popular dishes including Steamed Abalone Siew Mai, Sautéed Live Prawns with Spicy Pumpkin Sauce, Wok-fried Sliced Beef in Black Pepper Sauce, Sautéed Grouper Fillet in XO Chilli Sauce, Stewed Lamb Rack in Claypot, Stir-fried Assorted Mushrooms with Snow Peas in Truffle Jus, and the refreshing Shaved Coconut Ice with Strawberries.

More of Jade restaurant’s gourmet specialties can be enjoyed at special prices with the buffet. Comforting and nourishing soups like Braised Bird’s Nest with Truffle Egg White in Superior Broth or Braised Fish Maw and Seafood in Superior Broth are available at an additional S$9* per bowl. Other luxurious creations such as Braised Sea Cucumber with Dried Scallops, Simmered Egg Noodles with Boston Lobster in Spring Onion and Ginger Sauce, Braised Wheat Noodles with Abalone and Crab Meat in Superior Broth are available at an additional S$18++ per item.

A dish that is popular with all ages will be the restaurant’s signature crisp-skinned Roasted Peking Duck with Marinated Orange Peel and Condiments at an additional S$28++ for a half duck, or S$48++ for a whole duck.

Jade restaurant’s A La Carte Buffet Dinner is available from 1 to 30 December 2013 from 6:30pm to 11pm at S$58++ per adult and S$38++ per child (6 to 11 years old).
