Chocolate Pralines

The brainchild of Pastry Chef Ivy Wong, the exquisite selection of chocolate pralines was similarly created at La Maison Or Noir Chocolate laboratory in Meulan France, as a contrast to complement KaruKera 70%. A chocolate selection that is evidently more feminine with its mild cocoa hints enriched with the smoothness of milk that is rich in taste with subtle sweetness and a lingering finish to add, the sensational variety of chocolate pralines is available in six flavours – Milk Chocolate, Lychee Raspberry, Kalamansi Lime, Exotic Banana, Mango with Spiced Ginger and Coffee with Lemon. Catering to local preferences, the chocolate pralines highlight a balance of sweet and sour flavours alongside a fusion of well-loved combinations including the sweetness of mango and the subtle spice of ginger.
