Singapore is a melting pot for the best cuisines from around the world, and it has become virtually impossible to visit all of the top restaurants and experience the amazing food that is being recommended by Singapore’s top food critics. This coming Saturday, 28 September 2013, FIJI Water is partnering some of the top restaurants in Singapore on a FIJI Water Signature Creations Expedition to take food lovers on an epicurean journey of some of the best cuisine Singapore has to offer in just half a day.
The expedition will take you across the island in one afternoon to sample signature dishes handpicked by leading local food critics such as Wong Ah Yoke from Straits Times Life! and Don Mendoza from TODAY. Each signature dish will be paired with a wine and comes with free flow of FIJI Water. Participating restaurants include Tippling Club, Fat Cow, Absinthe, The Pelican (see The Pelican Lobster Thermidor dish above), Prive Grill and Hashi. Participants will be chauffeured in a luxurious coach to each of these restaurants for the ultimate gourmand’s road trip.
Limited to 80 seats, tickets are available from www.tuckshop.sg at $180 nett per person. Full proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Children’s Cancer Foundation.
