If you like your meat fresh, extra-juicy and unbelievably tender with an unforgettable succulent taste, then look no further than Wagyu beef. From now till 30 September 2013, enjoy mouth watering taste with Wagyu beef from Australia at the chic brasserie, Clifford at The Fullerton Bay Hotel.

Helm by The Fullerton Group’s Italian Executive Chef Sandro Falbo, this specially created Wagyu Selection Menu is available only for dinner in September from Mondays to Sundays. Known for its high quality and fine marbling, Wagyu is also rich in healthy fats which are essential for a healthy heart. Start your nutritional Omegas 3 and 6 meal with the interesting French Wagyu Oxtail Onion Soup ($32.00), a nicely sweet broth with Wagyu bits top with cheese, or the delicious Wagyu Beef Carpaccio ($32) garnished with grilled porcini, arugula and the irresistible parmesan lace. The braised Wagyu Cheek Cannelloni with morsel mushrooms and Truffle Colombier Fondue ($38) is also a light treat before the main deal.

If you can’t decide on what to have, we say go for the attractive option of the Wagyu Wagyu Wagyu ($190++ per person) set menu, where you’ll get to savour tasting portions of all wagyu beef selections. Pair your meal with a delightful Marrenon Merlot ‘Les Grains Provence France 2010 and  the smooth full bodied Valle De La Puerta Reserve Malbec 2009 ($18/glass, $88 per bottle).
