What to eat on Fish & Co.’s new menu

Fish & Co. gave its food a makeover earlier this year to give its customers continued variety. Flipping through the refreshing magazine-style menu with colourful layouts and tempting pictures, you will find dishes ranging from Asian spices and local flavours to Mediterranean inspirations. They have also added more non-seafood to the menu.

Two new additions to Fish & Co.’s Fish & Chips around the World lineup are the exotic Bombay Fish & Chips ($16.95) with aromatic spiced batter and lime and the succulent cod of the classic London Fish & Chips ($17.95). There are also more Shellfish varieties like Clams with Curry Butter ($11.95) featuring fresh clams in a newly created spice induced curry butter sauce, Chilli Crab Spaghetti ($17.95), Shrimp and Clam Aglio Olio ($14.95). Those who prefer a combo, the Grilled Peri Peri Chicken with Scallops ($18.95) would be a treat and you get to choose two sides to go long. Other interesting items to try are Baked Barramundi with Citrus Crust ($17.95), Soft Shell Crab Salad ($11.95) or Black Pepper Chicken Baked Rice ($13.95).

The special highlight for the month of July is The New Orleans Cajun Platter (see main photo above) at a special promotion price of $59.95 from 9 July to 7 August 2013. Tuck into a varied combo of king prawns, clams, mussels and grilled chicken baked in the goodness of Cajun spices, paired with paella rice, baked white radish and carrots. This hearty meal comes complete with two freshly made Soups of the Day and two Paris Mocktails of sweet refreshing guava and soda water mix. It’s also ideal for Muslim friends during Ramadan to break fast and enjoy with their friends and family over the wholesomeness of the delectable New Orleans Cajun platter.

Not forgetting the drinks, Fish & Co.’s o-fish-ial in-house mixologies have created a new selection of delicious, thirst-quenching mocktails with quality ingredients and syrups from all over the world. This interesting array of drinks are specially mixed, shaken and blended with colourful fruity delights to help you stay refreshed and rejuvenated. Candy Crush ($7.95), named after the popular game, is a bubblegum delight of soda atop lychee and strawberry making it a good dessert substitute. Blue Dream ($7.95), in the corporate colours of Fish & Co., is a beach lover’s delight of a blend of Blue Curacao Cordial with a refreshing cucumber aftertaste. You will probably want to have more than one drink with so many choices like Green Apple Margarita ($7.95), Passion Fruit Mojito ($7.95) or Frozen Apple Mojito ($7.95) and Pink Sparkle ($7.95) that is a stir of sweet Guava with tangy Pineapple mixed with soda.
