Did you miss the sumptuous Moorish feast from Southern Spain by Celebrated Spanish guest chef, Esmeraldo Oteruelo, at Carousel at Royal Plaza on Scotts last year? Fret not, Chef Esmeraldo is back for the third time to present his signature Spanish cuisine on the buffet counters from 10 July to 7 August 2013.

Having cooked for for royalties and prominent figures worldwide such as Queen Elizabeth II and King Juan Carlos, Chef Esmeraldo will be showcasing his culinary expertise with a sumptuous variety of Spanish dishes using fresh ingredients including his classic seafood specialties.

You can look forward to savouring Chef Esmeraldo’s culinary highlights such as Paella Mixta (seafood and meat paella – see main photo above), Carrillada Al-Andalus (braised veal cheeks), Jarrete de Cordero al Horno (Moorish lamb shanks with winter vegetables and barley cous-cous), Croquetas de Bacalao (cod croquettes) and Calamares en su Tinta (baby squid in own ink).

To enhance your dining experience and make you feel like your are in Spain, Carousel will also be decked in Spanish-inspired décor so that you can truly enjoy an authentic taste of Spain.

The Spanish buffet promotion will be available at $75++ per adult and $42++ per child during the dinner meal period from 6:30pm to 10:30pm daily.
