This Ramadan, treat yourself to the ultimate Iftar buffet experience at Halal-certified AquaMarine. Discover delightful flavours of Indonesian cuisine, as well as International and local favourites, as AquaMarine’s Guest Chef Sahroni and his team from Hotel Borobudur in Jakarta, Indonesia serve up authentic Indonesian dishes that are bound please your hungry appetite.

Look forward to Chef Sahroni’s specialties that include an array of Penyet Delights (Chicken, Duck, Fish & Squid), Sop Buntut (Oxtail Soup), and Opor Ayam (Braised Chicken with Coconut Milk).
