This July, indulge in a truly great American tradition, barbecuing and grilling. No American Independence Day celebration is complete without succulent ribs, fried chickens and yummy desserts.

BBQ aficionados can look forward to feast on succulent meats such as the Texas Beef Brisket, Jerk Chicken, Beef Short Ribs and BBQ Back Ribs. Other savoury options include Whole Seabass, Butter Milk Fried Chicken, Louisiana Crab Cakes and Jambalaya.

Pair the smoked meats with Apple & Blue Cheese Slaw, Potato Salad, Spring Mixed Green Salad and Coleslaw, with choices of Bernaise Sauce, Citrus BBQ Sauce, Pommery Mustard, Apple Sauce and more to pack additional flavour to the meal.

For a satisfying close to this meaty bonanza, delight in yummy sweet treats like Cranberry Bread & Butter Pudding with Butterscotch, Blueberry Cobbler, Brownies and Apple Crumbles.
