Axis Bar and Lounge at Mandarin Oriental has just brought more cheer with great chill out treats to help you unwind after a hectic working day. Just launched are Asian cities theme drinks and bites from 6pm to 8pm, Mondays to Thursdays.

If you like a bite with your drinks, enjoy one complimentary serving of tantalizing selection of canapés with every order of featured cocktail ($15) or beer ($10). Try signature drinks from  a wide range of martini, vodka, malt to champagne  created in various Mandarin Oriental hotels in Asia. If you are a beer lover, there’s also Asian home beer featured daily. All these with different delectable Asian nibbles of chicken, lobster, crab and carrot cake for you to enjoy.

TOKYO MONDAYS:

Glorious Martini from Mandarin Oriental Tokyo and grilled chicken yakitori

Drink: Asahi beer or Glorious Martini (Grand Marnier, Galliano, rose syrup, lemon juice).

Bite: Grilled Chicken Yakitori topped with scallions and goma seeds.

BANGKOK  TUESDAYS:

Lemongrass Martini from Mandarin Oriental Chiang Mai and breaded lobster cakes

Drink: Singha Beer or Lemongrass Martini (vodka, honey, fresh muddled lemongrass).

Bite: Breaded Lobster Cakes served with a tangy chilli mango salsa.

SINGAPORE  WEDNESDAYS:

Lychee Royale cocktail from Mandarin Oriental Singapore and spicy chilli crab rice paper rolls

Drink: Tiger beer or Lychee Royale (vodka, lychee liqueur, champagne).

Bite: Chilli Crab Salad wrapped in a delicate rice paper roll.

HONG  KONG  THURSDAYS:

Drink: Tsing Tao beer or Mamie Taylor (single malt, ginger, lime, ginger ale).

Bite: Pan Fried Carrot Cake with fermented beancurd sauce.

With so much variety from Monday to Thursday, there’s always a good reason to chill out at this lounge bar. It is the perfect place for you to enjoy your favorite drink while taking in a stunning view of Marina Bay.
