Ding Dong… Ding Dong… Yes, the door bell is ringing and so is the new diner called Ding Dong by Open Door Policy that will hit Ann Siang road soon with Chef Ryan Clift of Tippling Club delivering his modern interpretation of South East Asian cooking.

This upcoming modern South-east Asian-inspired eatery is housed in a three-storey conservation shophouse that has its kitchen on the ground floor, a cocktail bar on the second floor and a dining room on the third.

The Ding Dong bar located on level two will  be the place for you to enjoy one of their many handcrafted Asian-inspired cocktails along with its boutique wines on tap that will set to revolutionize your wine experience. The dinning room on the third floor will ignite your taste buds with aromatic Asian flavours aligned with a bustling atmosphere. The menu includes a variety of share plates designed to be enjoyed in a buzzing environment with friends and family. Look out for dishes such as hay smoked pork bao with hoisin, cucumber and crispy shallots, crab wantons with green chilli ketchup, Vietnamese scotch eggs, runny quail egg curry puff, squid with garlic and pepper & chilli sauce, charcoal battered lemon sole and more.
