Famed for its signature Steak Frites, L’Entrecôte opens a L’Entrecôte Express at Pacific Plaza (next to &Made by Bruno Menard) to satisfy carnivore steak lovers in Singapore. The new Express French Bistro offers diners the same authentic French dining experience but with an express menu.
Similar to the Duxton Hill outlet, there’s only one main course which is the delicious entrecôte steak with its yummy secret sauce served with crispy golden French Fries and walnuts green salad ($29.90++). There are also a few selection of its popular starters and desserts at L’Entrecôte Express. The must-tries include Sardines in Its Tin served with lemon and guerande sea salt ($18++), the traditional French classic starter of Escargots de Bourgogne ($16++) where 6 snails are prepared with parsley butter and garlic and the Profiteroles de L’Entrecote ($14++) which is vanilla bean ice cream profiteroles drizzled with hot chocolate sauce.
Just like L’Entrecôte at Duxton Hill, this new Express Bistro doesn’t take reservation. If you’re hungry for some nice steaks, you’ve to queue for it.
