The various food stalls of Food Republic Parkway Parade have been divided into three distinct ‘islands’. The first island gives a resort feel akin to a holiday beside the beach, while the second island holds a nautical theme complete with anchors and sails. The third island embodies an exotic Mediterranean feel with Turkish-influenced blue and white tiling.

One of the new stalls at Food Republic Parkway Parade is Thye Moh Chan, a 70-year-old traditional Teochew confectionary shop, where you can get traditional and favourite pastries such as Tau Sar Piah (豆沙饼) and traditional pastries to taste just as they did at the old stall in Geylang.

Another new stall is the Guan Chee Fishhead Steamboat where they serve up woks of piping hot goodness for both individual and family diners. Pair the meal with their homemade tofu and sambal kangkong.

For a healthier choice, join the queue at Chai’s Original Sliced Fish Soup stall. The owner uses 100% fish meat for his fried fish slices, with no flour batter for a flavourful meal with an abundance of ingredients. Feeling extravagant? You can now indulge in a bowl of Ah Lam’s Abalone Noodles, as this bowl of bountiful yet affordable luxury is now available throughout the day at Food Republic Parkway Parade.
