From comforting apple, blueberry and almond strawberry to sophisticated pina colada and rocky road flavours, you will find the right crumble to suit your mood for a leisure afternoon at Chihuly Lounge’s Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet this Autumn.

From now to 18 November, enjoy a delectable array of crumbles specially created by Executive Chef Terence Pang of Chihuly Lounge, The Ritz-Carlton. Chef Pang has given the humble crumbles a new twist and created 13 unique crumbles to satisfy your craving for a feel-good dessert on a lazy weekend afternoon.

Besides irresistible crumbles, you can also look forward to an assortment of sandwiches, scones and other savory dishes such as Scallop Confit with Pink Ginger and Avruga Caviar, Tandoori King Prawn with Sumac Spiced Salsa and more. Pair your meal with a cup of aromatic coffee or a selection of fine teas served on elegant chic ‘Feuille d’or’ line of Bernardaud Porcelain imported from France.

The afternoon tea buffet is priced at $48++ per adult and $24++ per child (six to 12-year-old) and available from 2:30pm to 5pm every Saturday and Sunday, from now to 18 November.
