Sometimes, only a good steak can satisfy the appetite. For keen carnivores, you will be thrilled to know that 10 at Claymore’s latest Plates of Pleasure semi-buffet is back and they are offering the finest cuts of beef from Down Under that will make your mouth water.

With Australian beef as good as gold, be prepared to have your taste buds tantalised. The Australian-themed Pleasure of Oz menu features a selection of organic free range beef sourced from the rich pastures of Gippsland, Victioria. Highlights from the menu include Gippsland organic Angus beef tenderloin and Gippsland teppan-style Angus beef ribeye. Whilst beef lovers in particular will find the slab of meat a must, the menu also includes other delicious Oz-inspired creations such as Australian free range grilled lamb T-bone and braised Kurobuta pork belly, served à la minute in nicely plated tasting size portions. The best is you get to savour unlimited serving of these specialties dishes.

In addition to the Pleasure of Oz menu, the accompanying buffet spread serves up the bistro’s popular favourites such as beef bourguignon, Boston lobsters, freshly-shucked oysters and delectable sweet treats and new chef’s creations such as beer Infused, oven braised chicken and smoked maple glazed duck breast.

Priced at $55++ for dinner and $58++ for Sunday Brunch, this popular Plates of Pleasure menu is available daily from now until 31 July 2012.
