After the successful Salt Grill & Sky Bar, Australian celebrity chef Luke Mangan is back in Singapore with a new restaurant, Salt tapas & bar.

Salt tapas & bar is not your usual traditional Spanish restaurant. They focused on showcasing the best of Australian ingredients and the freshest local produce with a contemporary twist.It’s Spanish food with a modern Australian twist.

Helmed by Luke’s capable disciple Chef Tom Wells, Salt tapas offers an exciting sumptuous menu that include house recommendations such as the Arancini of wild mushroom & leek with Taleggio with green goddess dressing; Tagine of snapper and octopus, with chickpeas, silverbeet, date & lemon; Baby chicken charcoal grilled, with rosemary & lemon & salsa verde; Jamón Serrano, Israeli couscous and cucumber sherry; Baked bone marrow with shiitake duxelles, Parmesan & air dried olive as well as sweet treats such as the Roasted figs with candied ginger, filo, pistachio & yoghurt sorbet.

Salt tapas & bar is open from Monday to Sunday for breakfast, tapas menu is also served at lunch, happy hour and dinner till late.
